Instead of writing everything down , use a google calendar for just the wedding.
Input all of the information properly so that you can even print it out Alphabetically . This will eliminate frustration and perhaps some stress when making the cut-Sheet.
Don’t worry about invitations until you’re sure you want to invite (and can accommodate). You have to set aside all of the politics first .
